Had one bad dream where somebody dropped a heavy object on it and it was crushed. It was a pitiful sight, then I woke up. If it happened in real life, I'd run to my Apple store (conveniently located within blocks from my house) and I would buy a new one right away. Couldn't live 24 hours without it.

I dreamt that my fantastic iPhone morphed into a Windows Mobile Pocket PC phone, and that I was forever married to Active Stink.

I've had a couple of nightmares where my screen got broken. Always happy to wake up to an unbroken iPhone in the morning though ;)

I don't think so. Do not generalize. I still like them tall, dark and handsome.

First, there's nothing wrong with being gay.
2nd, yes, I do have XX chromosomes, but everybody assumes all people on these boards are male, unless their screennames ends with "girl", "princess" or "mom".

I'm sick so my dreams are slightly different for now.

I sleep and I dream that I woke up,

Take my iPhone into my hands,

And start surfing eic.com.

I mean I read the forums, reply, to people, eventually get banned (once)

And then wake up

And my girlfriend is calling.

I pick up the phone, but it slips out of my hands and shatters to little bits and pieces

And then I really wake up,

And my girlfriend is really calling me

And I have a hairline crack on the glass.

And I die a little inside.

I never dream. And about 5 of the maybe 7 dreams I've head since I got my iPhone have been related to it run over, smashed, dropped etc.

Everybody dreams, even if you can't remember it. Everybody dreams. All humans (indeed, all mammals) have REM
sleep. Most dreams occur in REM sleep. [REM=Rapid Eye Movements - in
this sleeping stage the eyeballs move around like when awake.] This
has been demonstrated by awakening people from different stages of
sleep and asking if they were dreaming. In 85 percent of awakenings
from REM sleep, people report having been dreaming. Dreams are rarely
reported following awakening from other types of sleep (collectively
called non-REM sleep). REM sleep alternates with non-REM sleep in 90
minute cycles throughout the night. In a typical 8 hour night, you
will spend about an hour and a half total time in REM sleep, broken up
into four or five "REM periods" ranging in length from 5 to 45
minutes. Most dreams are forgotten. Some people never recall dreams
while others recall five or more each night.

Maybe, I remember if I dream, I just don't remember what I dream. And when I do dream, I don't sleep. I wake up up every 15 minutes (I look at the clock) and can't get back to sleep for a few more minutes, regardless of the dream I'm having.

Sounds like a major sleep disorder. Read "Sleep and Sleep Disorders" by M. Lader, and somebody else.
Maybe iPhone-related anxiety should be added to the list of chronic causes of insomnia.

Hmm, iPhone insomnia. There's a thought.

Most of the time I'm a very heavy sleeper. I'm one of the few people in my High School without bags under the eyes.

Everymorning when my alarm on my iPhone goes off to wake me up, I imagine that I have it in my hands and I turn the alarm off and then I begin to surf the web....and then when I realize my alarm is still going off, I truly wake up. lol.......weird.

Here's what I posted, verbatim:

"You guys need to start dreaming about women...:)"

It's the same as if I wrote, "You 1.1.1 owners need to upgrade to 1.1.2..."

I was addressing the guys. If you're not a guy, don't take the post to heart! It doesn't apply to you!

I'm sorry you're so sensitive. I'll try to be more gender non-specific next time so as to not upset you or any possible agendas of yours.

Agreed. I remember most of my dreams, probably because my dreams are very long (in dream time) and usually have fairly complex plots.
