Emulator Roms on the iphone?

I have seen some different emulators that you can download to play on your PC and such, but how does this work onto the iphone is there is a huge process to do this? Im assuming this only works after you jail break and unlock or just jail break without unlocking, since ill be using ATT

They have emulators in the installer and roms in the installer too. They mostly just have the popular games out there. But its still a nice little touch to be able to download them straight to the phone from the phone. They have the gba, nes and psx emulators along with their roms.
