Actually the guy who has that site use to be with modmyifone.com and had many themes there, so it is a reputable site.

How do you download themes from this site? When I go there I am able to see all the themes but I see no where to click to download anything.

I found that hard to spot as well. Click the link for one of the themes, then on its individual page scroll all the way down past some ads stuff, and there;s a line that says 'Download the selected item from this location' - that should get you a .zip file download ...

Costomize and springboardHow would one use installer with a website like this one, or customize with a downloaded zip file?
I know I'm a noob at this - if someone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

I also found where the downloaded zip file went. What I still don't know is how to unzip it...

Do you have Winzip?
Do you have Winzip? On my iPhone? :tounge:
I know I can unzip them on my home PC (once I get there) and then use WinSCP to put files where I think they need to be...
...but I was looking for an all-iPhone solution; i.e. download from a website into the iPhone, unzip to somewhere and use Customize and Springboard to implement it.
I am not really crazy about this particular theme, this exercise is just for my own education. I'm trying to learn how to use the various tools afforded on this thing. I am not a MAC user, so much of the "Apple way" is new to me.

u need winzip or winrar on yur pc to unzip the files and then u SSH them or use a program like ibrickr to put the wallpaper, icons, dock, etc onto yur phone.
BTW....anyone here know how to change the letter font for the icons, i noticed that some themes have a different font, so how does one go about doing it?

Hey guys,
I am totally new to the iPhone and I am having some trouble with what others were earlier talking. Currently I have the programs Customize and Summerboard on my iPhone but I do not know how to get any themes from: http://www.iphonethemeworld.com At the moment, I am clicking on the images of the "theme" and I get a link at the bottom of it saying Download the selected item from this location. However, after I click that it says the Page Cannot Be Found. If there is something I am doing wrong and someone could please assist me I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

It's impossible if you do not have the source file ie, PSDs, templates, or the like. You could just paint over the existing font and substitute your own, but that would look hokey.
