iPhone wallpaper resizer FULL SCREEN

Hi

Does anyone know of a program for the PC that will allow me to resize a picture to make it the full screen wallpaper.

I have been searching and am no further on.

Any help would be great.

i use a free image viewer called "FastStone Image viewer". It also has basic functions to resize, crop, etc. It's what i use for all my wallpapers. I think i got it from download.com.

Adobe photo shop is what I use. Just create a background with an image size of 320 by 480 and then place the picture (cropping of some pictures may be needed) and adjust to fit the background.
