My older brother a MD in Eygpt.. can't get over the iphone. and he want me to send him one from here"I'm in the US". I heard a lot about unlocking the phone so it can work with any providor. is this true? how easy to do??

You can not unlock the new iPhone with 1.1.2 OBT

You can look for unlocked phones on eBay.

KNK speaks the truth. Go to ebay and find a pre-1.1.2 iPhone. Some will be unlocked and jailbroken (for 3rd party apps).
