WIFI help please!!

I had to get a replacement phone and i'm trying to connect to my wifi at home...it worked previously by just connecting and putting in the WAP password...now when i put in the password it says its connect but doesn't establish an IP so it never really connects...any help is appreciated! Also, i do not have my router filtering my mac address so that is not the issue...

To be more specific...when i attempt to connect the check mark shows up next to the network...when i hit the arrow, EVERYTHING is blank!

Last time I restored and re-jailbroke my iPhone, it refused to connect to my home WiFi network (as it always had before) until I reset the passphrase on the WiFi router. No science or logic behind the fix mind you, but if you don't have a whole bunch of home machines to make the change on, it's a very fast yes / no / did it fix it type effort ...
