So I got the iPhone today

jailbroke that ish, synced my stuff, ordered a switcheasy capsule (black), and tomorrow im gonna get a screen protector
what else have you guys found necessary?

Im curious about the tv cable, what do you guys think?

any apps i should download or any other suggestions?

by the way ive been camping these boards for awhile but never set up an account til the other day merry christmas

How about a hard case? It's almost a given that you'll drop your iPhone at least once in the first 2 months of use - you don't want that one time to be the one that does it in.

YOu're off to a great start. Remember to stay away from the firmware updates from iTunes if you've unlocked your phone. If it's just jailbroken, then you'll probably be okay (other than losing all your mods).

The cable is good, I have one. I can share my movies on TV or give a slide show.

Yeah I just got mine activated today. In fact, I'm typing this in the doctor's waiting room : D

I'm going to get a hard case today, but until then, I'm carrying it like a baby haha

Just got mine for XMas. Glad to get away from Verizon and there crazy cell phone bills.
