Is the iphone dead strip a lcd problem or a software problem. If i get a new lcd installed will it fix it?? Does anyone know when that new iphone is suppose to come out?

If you have dead zones take it back to apple and have it replaced. It is not a software thing. Anyway they will determine that.

what are dead zones?? i cant take it back to apple because i brought it off of craigslist.com but it was working fine till recently

What happened in steps recently to the problem.

Craiglist.....so many problems...they arrested 36 prostitutes from there today in LA. Stay away from there.

I just unlocked the phone and tried to go on safari and nothing happened and then i tried the other icons and everything worked except for the 4 on the bottom
