Oy that's pretty weird. I haven't really heard of this happening and you said you already restored and it's a non-jailbroken iPhone so I would most certainly call Apple tomorrow and see what's up. Can you actually acess the Camera application?

the button is not responding at all.... but its ok for now... until tomorrow we will find out..... this is my second iphone... but god do I love it... lol

How about the button to the left of the shutter button that takes you to your camera roll? Does that one work, or is the whole touchscreen thing not working at all within camera app?
