so i went into the local AT&T corp store today... i asked for a credit check, to see if i needed some amount of deposit when i switch my number over next friday when the iphone launches.
the CSR said sure! and looked up my stuff - he asked for my driver's license and my social security number.
i explained ill be transferring my number from verizon, and he said BRING YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER THATS ON YOUR BILL. he also said that since i came in early my info is ALREADY in the database, gonna make things a bit faster on friday.
just what i came across!! hope this might help some peeps out.
