How do I get my wallpaper to display in back of the touch buttons on the main screen?

I was wondering this also. I see it in all the pics. It would be nice to be able to have the "wallpaper" actually be wallpaper.

You need to Jailbreak your phone so you can install an application called SummerBoard.
