Is there a way to jailbreak without using PAYCAY??

Got an iPhone, unlocked it with Anysim. But now when i connect it to my computer, iTunes thinks it is not activated(Tells me to upgrade to 7.5 to activate). People have told me to run paycay, but for some reason the webpage doesnt load. So does anyone know of another way to have itunes recognize that my phone is activated???



OR is there an app i can run from Installer??
