Neat popup with links in webpages

So by accident today I left my finger "clicked" on a link from a webpage. A little box pops up showing you the link name and the actual link it points to. Not sure it's entirely useful (unless it works in email to verify links before clicking on them) but it is pretty cool nonetheless.

I have seen this too, but always by accident and really fast, so I have not tried to replicate it. It was another little "wow" moment!
