Keeping IE bookmarks from synching

I deleted bookmarks from my IPhone, and found them deleted from my IE on my Dell.

I looked everywhere on ITunes, but cannot seem to find a sync/don't sync tab for bookmarks.

Look under 'Info' and scroll down the page a bit - you're a terrible looker! :tounge:
