Is anyone have problems with installer v3.0b8, I'm unable to download anything and all the "Recent Packages" are gone except OktoPrep ??

What does it show under the sources tab?

Under the source tab I have the following:

AppTapp Official
Conceited Software
Ste Packaging
MTL Repositroy
Conceited Software Beta

Strange! Have you tried removing the update and re-installing it?

Also have you restarted the phone since you installed the update (if not, then try that)?
