Make sure you disable autocapitalization and enable capslock are disabled in the keyboard settings.

I think your camera must be defective.

How exactly are you "taking" the picture?

Probably just a bad camera. Take it to Apple.

I just click on the camera, and shoot the picture! Is there something else I should be doing?
