^^That being true, I really do wish I could cook. It's just not fair that I am kitchenly impaired.

I've also noticed a treasure trove of condensed "Good Eats" episodes on youtube. I can only bet Alton edited those down and uploaded them himself. That's my favorite show on the network, after the original Japanese Iron Chef (which the bahstids have completely removed from the airwaves)

[sigh] But I digress... foodies of the world unite...

Ahh I love Good Eats. I know it's not on Foot Network but I like watching Top Chef on Bravo as well. I envy everyone on a cooking show of course.

Gordon Ramsey's shows are always entertaining. "Hells Kitchen" and "Kitchen Nightmares" on Fox.... I've also been catching a lot of episodes of the original British version of KN and it's superb.... look for it on BBC America if yer into that sort of thing...

Food Net. should snag that guy up... he's raking in the ratings...

KN (both the American and British) are great. I have to agree with you on Gordon Ramsey, he's very entertaining and Food Network would do well to get him.

But he's so much more "Fox" than... uh... say, "Marc Summers" innit

I've been munching on Caramel Puppy Chow (I actually made it myself and I'm quite proud) for the past hour so I'm getting pretty full. I need to find some more easy recipes that I can't possibly screw up.
