Wallpapers and iTunes

I had put wallpapers on a diff computer with iTunes on it, and I don't have it anymore. Now I have 7.5 and it says that the original pictures will be deleted if I had the new wallpapers. So anyway, will this delete my camera roll as well? I just don't want those deleted.

Well Kodak easyshare saved it for me, but I'd still rather it not delete it off my phone.
