How do you save your pictures and contacts before you update? Or does it not clear them when u download it to the phone?

before you update sync your phone to your computer
then update
then it will ask you if you want to create a new phone or restore to backup click restore to back up
and everything will be right where you left it

how should i update my phone if i have installer app. on my phone with some other applicatons should i restore first then update of just update. before you update sync your phone to your computer
then update
then it will ask you if you want to create a new phone or restore to backup click restore to back up
and everything will be right where you left it
