need to update my 1.0.2 to 1.1.1...PLEASE HELP

I just figured out how to umlock my i phone but cant figure out how to update my phone from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1...any help will be apreciated

I had to downgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.0.2 in order to install 1.1.1,
what i load of bull i say, after loads of failed attempts
i just clicked held the off button and menu button on the iphone for like 20 secs until it said conect to itunes, and then i held in shift (windows) and clicked restore, selected firmware 1.1.1, after that i got an error message (1050 i think, bad memory), so i loaded up ibrickr, and selected boot iphone, and then all was fine and activated :D
