1.1.2 Clipboard feature

I accidentally touched something on my iphone while browsing a website...and a clipboard came up asking me to copy a link...has this feature been there before 1.1.2?

i cant seem to duplicate this anymore!!

probably not. what most likely happened was the "action" dialogue with the tag for the link. You touch and hold on any link in mobilesafari and this will happen.

im goin crazy trying to dulplicate it..

heres what happened

i went to the bathroom...was taking my pants off to sit down...i was holding the phone in a weird position...i sit down and look at the phone and see a box that says.."do you want to copy this link to the clipboard" or something along those lines...also, underneath the box was the keyboard...and then i touched something and it disappeared!

im frustrated cause im trying to get this **** to happen again and its not working

sorry for too much info on the story ahaha

Looks like you have no choice but to go to the bathroom and pull your pants down and get into that wierd position you were in... Its the only way you can duplicate it :) LOL

Hey it works, the only way to get it to work is to to pull your pants down (half way) sit in a weired position (legs apart 2 feet, crouched 75 degrees) then take a crap. Bang, the iphone's ****ometer kicks in and enables the clipboard feature.
It took me a couple of tries to figure it out, but man, the feature kicks ass!!

lol yeah when i was reading it i was like woooooww tmi lol. well, were you inputting txt in a bow such as a blog while the key board was up, and then try holding down one finger above the keyboard and tap with another finger (like a "right click" , and while hoplding ur first finger down)?

You are not crazy. The same thing happened to me earlier on my 1.1.2 stock phone. The link was highlighted in brown. As a matter of fact, I was on this site...M

I already have the D300, got it in New York a week ago. I don't know why people think they can't get it, if you know the right people you can get whatever you want. It's most certainly in circulation. The 18-200mm VR Nikkor and the D300 are a deadly combo. The camera is amazing, very little noise at very high ISO's. The only non Nikon (which is a Nikon D200 body) I shoot with is the Fuji S5 Pro. I also love the photo quality of that camera. Sorry, I'm hi jacking the thread with non iPhone related discussion. Please forgive me...M

I took mine into the bathroom since that's where everyone else was having their success. I didn't want to set it down for fear of it falling into water, so I had no choice but to hold it while wiping my arse. Somewhere in the motion of doing that it worked, because my whole screen is highlighted in brown!!!!!
