what happens if I don't "virginize" and update?

I unlocked my 1.0.2 phone with iphonesimfree then I did the update to 1.1.1 and jailbreak and all that without revirginizing my phone and everything is working just fine.

is this because I used iphonesimfree instead of anysim? in other words.. do iphonesimfree phones need to be virginized again? because mine seems to be working just fine on 1.1.1 but I am not sure if something is gona stop working eventualy because I didn't revirginize it

Well, I did unlock with idemocracy's guide, restoring back to 1.0.2 then unlocking and used my phone like that for a while but then updated to 1.1.1 and unlocked/jailbreak and the phone is working and making calls fine.

The software I used to unlock the phone was iphonesimfree

I guess if i can make calls in 1.1.1 then it means I dont need to revirginize?

IPSF is special and works forever, unlike anySIM. I guess that's the treatment you get for actually paying :)
