Changing dock and icons tutorial???

Could someone please create a step by step tutorial for:

1. Changing Dock

2. Changing Icons

I have a folder with new icons and a new dock but I have no clue how to add them to the phone...

You can change the icons and dock manually or with Summerboard.

Which are you going to use?

I'd rather use SummerBoard as it's already installed on my phone and it looks much easier to implement but I am not sure if I can do it.

What I want to do is upload the following to my iphone:
- icons
- dock background
- springboard background

I read many forum threads about this topic but none of them really show how to do it.

I'm not really computer savvy so it might be hard for me to do that (note that I'm not computer savvy but I was able to understand how to add nes roms to my phone).

Any help would be greatly appreciated! We could also schedule a phone call and try to do this together or something.
