Hi all, I just successfully upgraded to 1.1.1 using the excellent instructions on tyhis page:

All working lovely.
I think the only thing wrong with those instructions is that the number to dial to make the phone ring is shown as *#301# when it should be *#307#.
Apart from that, no problems.
oh, make sure your sim card doesn't require a PIN!
