Uploading Roms

I am not techie at all... I jailbroke my iphone and installed the NES emulator. I understand that you need some type of software installed on your PC top upload roms to the iphone.

1. What software do you recommend for pc?

2. Do i need to install something on the iphone? If so, what?

3. Are there some tutorials out there that explain how to upload Roms?
