She asked me how much they were and I was hesitant to tell her, but she'd find out anyway so I told her and she said "okay, I want to pay for half of it as your b-day present !!! My b-day is this month.

That's awesome! What a great wife! My hubby was going to pay for mine (I'm a stay at home mom so no $$$). Then I went to the casino on vacation and won $1,200! The first thing I said was, "WHOOOOOOO! I can buy my own iPhone!!!"

My iPhone will be my Father's Day present. :) I'll even be in Hawaii on vacation on the 29th! That's paradise!

That is good news. Now you can divorce her and get a second wife before the end of the month or your birthday, and get them to buy the other half.

i can't say the same for myself. i have been made fun of and harrassed by my wife and friends ever since the day the prices came out. i have been saving since december for this (yes, i know it was pre). :angry:

That's awesome of your wife!

My husband is on a year-long deployment w/ the military and I told him that we both deserved to get one just for surviving the deployment. He said he didn't need one but that I definitely deserved one and should get one!

He's the best!
