hi all, wondering how would 1 go about changing the format of the telephone number as it appears on the phone

(xxx) xxx-xxxx to be (xx) xxxx-xxxx ...something likes this?

If you are on v1.1.1 there is the international menu to changing your dialing to Australia. If on v1.02 you need to mod the ABphoneformats (i think) file.

Do you know how to access your phone via SSH?

Also, are u running v1.02 or v1.1.1 ?

hi stevo, yup i know how to SSH into my phone and im running 1.0.2.

with the Mail application - i retrieve my email and i get 100...is there a way to read all with out having to go thru each one?

I forgot to say that there's also an international fix, that lets u display correctly who sent u an SMS in the little preview box......rather than the number (yet another thing apple hadn't sorted on v1.02).

oh ok - and where can i get this fix?

I also notice sometimes that when receiving a call - the actual name doesnt appear...its the number. which confuses me sometimes

hi Stevo - i was looking to mod huge battery image when the phone is locked. the stock image is the green. Do you know where i would upload the new image with the red?

Yes mate, have you got the red battery already downloaded?. Make sure they are named correctly in the right order :D

You upload the new battery images to /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app/

1) I've not seen a red battery image, i have seen blue and purple one's though.

2) Did u install the App support thing i mentioned earlier in the post?
