ringtone help please

i am making a ringtone for the first time. i purchased a song with a bell next to it, but in my library it does not have a bell. why is this and what can i do about it? thanks.

the ringtone bell column may not be selected in your view options. i'm not sure if the menus are different on a pc in itunes, but on my mac, i go to View, then select View Options and i get a list of column headers to choose from. make sure the Ringtone box is checked while you're viewing your Purchased itunes music. once the bell shows up, you just double-click on it to create a ringtone.
