Well not a "live feed" but you can buy TV shows from iTunes and sync them onto your iPhone to watch on the bus, or during smoke breaks, or during slow times at work. Try not to watch them while driving in traffic.

There should be a solution from SlingMedia sometime early next year.
There was a press release from them about supporting the iPhone before the iPhone was even released.
I already have a slingbox, so I am ready.

$99 for the basic 'tuner' model to $250 for the HD model.
I have the 'AV' cost like $149.

TV Tuner -> Orb is how its done on PC I believe.
Slingbox would be the ideal medium, but where theres a will, theres a way.

Unfortunately, it seems that the iPhone's "streaming" video requires that the video be finished compressing before you can watch it because the format needs the exact size of all the video and audio frames before it starts to play. So no live TV until they add a streaming format to the iPhone firmware or someone writes a nice native iPhone app to handle it.
