New to the iphone

first i'd like to say hello and how impressed i am at ur forum and how knowledgable everyone seems to be hence why i joind the forum
i just got my iphone so i'm not very familiar with it and my biggst problem right now is that i'm usung a pc (windows vista) and when i try to download itunes and install it it always say itunes stoped working and so i can nver get it to work.
when i baught the phone the young lady also told me i could use something else to put my music on to the iphone but she had a ver heavy accent making it hard to understand
maybe i'm still not clear can i put my mp3 that i have on my pc onto my iphone along with videos i maye have as well

yeah thats wut i used originally i'll try agian but im sure it wont work
by the way with itunes the music i have as mp3 that i downloaded of share networks such as limewire will they be able to go onto to the iphone via itunes

oh yea, 99.9% of my media is from there and pretty sure everyone is. I buy a couple of songs from itunes so I wont feel guilty.

yep just tried again itunes wont work for me
theres got to be another way
