Strange small Icon

Hi guyz , i got a small icon next to battery at the up-right corner as u know , It is a like a phone onto keyboard , i cant find it in iphone guide any1 knows what it is ?

did u mod??? many times this is new to people that moded and didnt close the NES app all they way.. if this is so just go into the NES app and close... other then thati cannot think of anything with the given description,

maybe draw it or something so that we get visuals ...

You have accidently turned on the TTY function, go to settings, then phone and turn TTY to off.
