I've got something similar working on my PocketPC, and its barely 333mhz, so something like this could concievably work on the iPhone.

The HUGE problem is obviously the method if input. I mean NES still required a bit of learning to use it to the best of the touchscreen's ability, and thats with only 2 buttons. The PSX has like what, 8? Oy!

I hope they release it anyway, because RidgeRacer only needs one button to play :)
