TouchFree Hangs on Step 2

I am attempting to "jailbreak" my phone by using the TouchFree software.

I currently have version 1.1.1 on my phone.

I have followed the directions perfectly. The progress bar for step 2 keeps going and going, but it never seems to finish. I have let it run for about 20 minutes now, and nothing is happening. A friend of mine used this software and had his phone finished in under 5 minutes.

Any idea why it isn't working?

Nevermind, I downloaded the alpha version of touchfree and it worked. :laugh2:

[I'm having the same problem with it hangging up at step 2 how do you get past it what am i doing wrong?
