Ok so I found out why my phone froze up while uninstalling an app in Installer...I view a SMS and it locked up. Well, I was able to restore to factory settings then synced to get all my data and settings back.
Now here comes the problem. In trying to re-install Installer, I accidentally hit the enter button when prompted to perform the first phone reset. So, I exited touchfree.exe and decided to start the process again. Needless to say, when I restart touchfree.exe, does not work.
I then tried to restore again but iTunes does not recognize my iphone. Also, the itunes down loader crashes and I don't see my wifi icon although I know I'm on my network.
Help please.
