iBrickr no longer uninstalls or soft-resets phone

I am dreading having to restore my 1.0.2 phone. iBrickr displays the software installed on my phone and when I select to uninstall a program it appears to uninstall it yet the phone never soft-resets and the program is still displayed after it thinks it has done it's thing. Is there a fix or do I need to restore and start all over?
