App.Tapp and 1.1.1

So has anyone had this on the old version and went to the new version yet??? AND BEFORE i get the business for asking a question thats already been asked, my question is AM I going to have to download all the apps I use with app.tapp after updating AND will my information like NES game saves and lock box info???

All of the NES saved games should be in the ROMs/NES diectory, but it wont save any 3rd part stuff if you upgrade you will have to figure out how you want to back it up.
