so yah i want to get and iphone but i dont want to pay for internet texting and email cause i dont have the money. if i get and ipod touch on the other hand then i dont have to pay for the phone and stuff. so my question is if i get an ipod touch than can i use apptapp and other stuff for the iphone.

There is a lot of work being done right now to allow 3rd party apps on the touch. I think there are some hacks out right now but they're not for the faint of heart. Give it a bit more time and you should be able to get all the 3rd party apps you desire. Or so we all hope.
