This just started recently, perhaps within the last 24 hours.
The correct time is displayed in the title bar of the phone. However, each SMS message and Email message has the incorrect time.
As I type this, it's 10:47 am, Central. The title bar of the iPhone reads "10:47 AM". But incoming SMS messages are labeled 4:47 pm. Incoming email messages are labeled 4:47 pm.
This is happening on 2 of my iPhones - one is "jailbroken" and one is original. Both are running 1.0.2.
Any thoughts?
