Very confused on how to jailbreak....

I just got my Iphone on Tuesday (love it!). I don't want to unlock it or anything (as I have ATT), but just want to use 3rd party apps on it and mess around with the screen features and stuff (springboard...i guess?).

The same day I got the phone, I upgraded to 1.1.1. Could anyone provide a link to jailbreaking once 1.1.1 has already been installed? Do I have to downgrade to 1.0.2?

It's just confusing on what needs to be done once 1.1.1 has been installed on a non unlocked, brand new phone.

Any help would be appreciated.

Downgrade to 1.0.2 or wait until 1.1.1 jailbreak gets easier
