Voicemail Indicator

Hello,

My voicemail indicator does not work....how do i fix this.

I get the red circle for miss calls, but i dt get anything for VM.

in Sound VM is on, but no indicator

im not sure if i completely understand you but first of all are you sure people are leaving your voicemails? lol if you are then what exactly is the problem, your visual voicemail isnt working completely, or just the notifications?

did you ever set it up to begin with?
is your phone unlocked and you're currently with T-Mobile?

these are things that can disrupt visual voicemail
