Won't go anywhere. It is common practice in the cell phone industry. Moto always rolls out new phones with an exclusive deal with a cell phone company. There is no law that states companies can not have exclusive deals nor that electronic items we purchase we are free to connect to anything we want.

I beg to differ. If it pulls through the damages are at a minimum of $200 million in cold-hard-cash!!

Also, it would be interesting to see how their arguments go against the statutes they have violated under federal law. Oh, and the plaintiff who paid $381 in cash for overseas business with the iphone definitely deserves some sort of compensation. I believe it is ridiculous, and Apple should live in a free / unlocked world rather than monopolizing their phone. Like NOKIA!

On another note, anyone see their shares take a dive this afternoon....yeah...:tounge:
