New to modding, need a couple of questions answered.

I use AT&T as my service provider. If I mod my phone will a future update brick it or is that just for phones that are unlocked to use other service providers? I have 1.1.1 installed now and I would really like to mod it after seeing some of the stuff I could do, but I don't want to risk my phone becoming useless.

if you're on AT&T, mod your ass off. Just don't update to 1.1 or you will have to downgrade in order to continue modding. Either way, you're fine...
