application on dock missing

i just connect my iphone to macbook pro and i forgot which application i push from iphone, suddenly all the application (phone, mail, safari, ipod) go to the desktop (i don't know what i want to say, calendar, SMS, photo place). now i try to put again all the application from the dock but i can't find where. can somebody tell me how?

i am also want to try to put widget on my iphone.. can somebody tell me how..
