i was wondering how to upload movies in mp4 format in my iPod on my iPhone...when i was on iTunes i went to sync it gave me a error msg...any suggestions...

it said that it was unable to load the movies to my iPhone because of the format?...so i'm converting to the playlist...see what happens...
