I stopped in the local Cingular store at the mall this past weekend to ask some questions of an associate regarding the iPhone, and they didn't have a clue!
When might we expect the Cingular/AT&T store personnel to be able to give us good info on the new phone and services?
I would have figured this would be such a significant event for the provider that thier people would be "Jonesing" to get smart on these things...
