Honestly, just bend one straight and push it into the small hole and out it pops!!!

lol - good - i may need to do that since my phone is in recovery mode, refuses to restore, and the Apple store would like to give me an appointment for service on Monday. I need a phone!

If it's not already try connecting it directly to a USB port on the computer rather than through a hub to restore it.
