I order a composite cable for my iphone and decide that instead I probably should have ordered a component cable. Ok, I go to cancel or change the order since...
1. They don't even have it yet.
2. It won't ship until Oct 20th.
I'm told I cannot cancel or change the order. ????? They would rather spend $20 or whatever to send something roundtrip that they already know I'm going to send back than try to stop an order that can't even be filled yet sind the item is not even in stock. ????
They're sending me pre-paid return lables so when I get the item around the end of next month I can send it back.
HOW STUPID IS THAT?
So guy will be waiting for a backordered composite cable while they send me one they already know I don't want.
