Iphone Plan Question

I already have a plan, 3 phones I have a Cingular 3125, is it just as easy as to buying the Iphone, replacing the SIm card and paying like a small activation fee and vuala?

That would be nice if it were, but I don't think it will be that easy. For all the features to work on the phone, you will more than likely have to purchase some sort of data plan. We've heard many different prices for these plans, so I can't tell you exactly what they'll be.
