As long as we dont do update (both itune and phone), we should be ok.

It doesnt really damage your phone, its just Apple's way of scaring people away from unlocking and signing a crappy 12/18 Month contract with the "Official Partner"

Yeah..why do we need WIFI store unless you live in NY..?

We can just not do the upgrade and live with it..right???

I think it also includes mini iPod Controls, so that u can skip etc while in other menus
