How do I view the folders on the iPhone on my Mac so I can copy the necessary files from my widgets folder on my mac to the same folder on the iPhone?

Ok, downloaded it, but how do I get the iPhone to mount on my desktop/mac so I can see it?

You don't mount it per se like a drive connected to the mac.
You use fugu to ftp/ssh in to your iphone.

Go to your iphone wi-fi setting and ge tthe ip for your phone.

Enter the IP username: root and password: dottie in to the dialog box and click connect. Give it 20 seconds or so for it to connect. Once it connecs you can browse the files on your phone just like browsing files on a computer.

You phone has to be hacked/open/apptapped before fugu will connect.

Almost forgot. You have to quit itunes and go to the activity monitor and shut down the itunes helper also.

Do have you openssh and the bsd subsytem installed on your phone?

Ok, I'm close, but it's not accepting any username/password combo, including root/dottie

You are missing a step it seems. I cannot recall what they all were, but here is the link I used to get in to my iPhone.

That did it! Thanks, although the widgets don't seem to be working very well on my iPhone, they partially load, then stop. Oh well.
